What is Adult Day Health?
Adult Day Health Programs are a cost-effective option allowing those who are medically compromised or with memory loss to maintain independence and remain in their own homes, while also providing respite and support to caregivers. Blaire House of Milford Adult Day Health Program provides individualized care plans for all participants of different ability levels developed specifically to accommodate the strengths and interests of each of our members. Ongoing assessments make sure that an appropriate plan remains in place to meet each patient’s needs.
Memory Care Program
Blaire House of Milford Adult Day Health Program provides a supportive environment for people with Alzheimer’s disease and related memory disorders within a secure environment designed to accommodate the cognitive changes individuals experiencing face as their disease progresses.
